We aim to respond to all lost property requests within 1 week.

Please describe the item in as much detail as possible.

Due to the amount of lost property received we do not keep anything that has been left at the venue for more than 2 weeks.

Valid Driving license or Passport only.

Dress Code: We believe in creativity & individuality. The Warehouse has a “wear whatever makes you feel fabulous” dress code policy.

Majority of our parties are 18+ unless clearly stated overwise.

We have a cloakroom open for every event, £2 per item only via card payment.

Please be assured that the safety and health of all visitors and staff is our main priority. We are continuing to implement additional precautionary coronavirus (COVID-19) recommendations following the official and most up-to-date guidance from the World Health Organisation, UK Government and Public Health authorities.

For your best interests, our bars will no longer be taking cash and will be card-only. Going cashless means improved hygiene and, following trials last weekend, also has the added benefit of faster service for everyone.

You may see supplementary signage for practical guidance, hand sanitisers in key locations, as well as extra cleaning services and maintenance across the venue.

LOAD IN & PARKING

Load in point is the shutter situated to the left of the main entrance. There is no parking on Somers Street but the Garage can accommodate up to two vehicles during load in and setup.
